The KDJ Group, LLC is an organization of business consultants with expertise in developing or redefining business models to achieve increased business growth and improved financial profitability. The consultancy operates through a strategic alliance model. Kevin K. Johnson 
KDJ Group, LLC

Kevin K. Johnson brings over 25 years of progressive experience in engineering, information technology, and management. He specializes in operations management, strategic management, and systems optimization. He has a particular focus on developing business initiatives that achieve competitive advantage. He has held positions of increasing responsibility including project manager, information technology manager, engineering manager, and technology manager. He has introduced a myriad of successful new products and systemic solutions into various markets across a number of highly competitive industries. 

Mr. Johnson’s expertise spans a wide array of organizational areas including strategic planning and implementation, ‘Balanced Scorecard’ implementation, business process optimization, expert system design, product lifecycle management, technology-based business transformation, program and project management, information technology integration, and team-based management processes. He has worked with many well-known multinational manufacturing and software companies including Robbins & Myers, PTC, Cooper Oil Tool, PMI Food Equipment Corporation (Hobart Corporation), Bendix Corporation, and Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company.

Mr. Johnson has earned the degree of Master of Arts in Management from Antioch University’s McGregor School of Management in Yellow Springs, Ohio. Additionally, he has earned a degree of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cleveland State University’s Fenn College of Engineering in Cleveland, Ohio. He has affiliations with the Society of Professional Engineers, the Society of Plastics Engineers, the National Black MBA Association, the American Management Association, and the Project Management Institute. Mr. Johnson holds several U.S. Patents.

Mr. Johnson has served as adjunct professor of Strategic Management at Antioch University’s McGregor School of Graduate Management. He is also a former instructor of Physics, Heat Transfer, and Thermodynamics at Lorain County Community College in Ohio. Mr. Johnson has been an active participant in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. He is a former Trustee of Dayton, Ohio Habitat for Humanity. Additionally, he served as a task force member for the City of Dayton, Ohio’s Year 2000 mitigation program. Most recently, Mr. Johnson has served as Technology Chair for the 2004 International Children’s Games in Cleveland, Ohio. 

Mr. Johnson currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Fairhill Partners; a non-profit organization located in Cleveland, OH that focuses on lifelong learning, intergenerational relationships and successful aging
